The mind behind Jizai Collection is Bruce Norris (also known as Noona), a Greensboro, NC-based creative driven by a passion for community building rather than pure profit. Drawing direct influence from his Christian faith, anime culture, and two life-changing trips to Japan, Bruce designs each collection as a world-building exercise. His work centers on true liberation, family, and empowering others to walk freely in their own purpose.

Return Policy

Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal dissatisfaction. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size or color sent by mistake), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or store credit.To report an issue, email us with your order number and photo proof of the item.

Shipping Policy
