KultrDrop Shipping Policy
At KultrDrop, we serve as a bridge between independent designers and style-conscious collectors. Because our platform hosts a diverse range of brands, shipping is managed directly by the designers themselves. This ensures your items are handled with the specific care intended by the creator.
1. Distributed Shipping Model
KultrDrop is a multi-vendor marketplace. When you purchase from multiple brands in a single order, please note:

Separate Shipments: You may receive multiple packages at different times, as each brand ships from its own studio or warehouse.

Brand-Specific Policies: Each designer sets their own shipping rates and processing times. These details can be found on the individual product pages.
2. Processing Times
Standard processing for most brands on our platform is 1–3 business days.

Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

Orders are generally not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Some student or alumni designers create pieces upon request. Please refer to the specific product description for extended lead times on these items.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Consolidated Checkout: If you buy from multiple brands, shipping costs will be aggregated based on each brand’s individual shipping profile.

Delivery Tiers: Most brands offer Standard (3–7 business days) and Express (1–3 business days) options within the United States.

International Shipping: Global transit times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on the origin brand and your local postal service.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once a brand dispatches your item, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If your order contains items from multiple designers, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
KultrDrop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. KultrDrop is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at business@kultrdrop.com. Once an order has been processed by the brand, we may be unable to redirect the package.
7. Damages & Lost Packages
Items are the responsibility of the shipping carrier once they leave the designer's hands.

If your order arrives damaged, please document the packaging and the item immediately.

We recommend contacting the carrier to file a claim. You may also reach out to our support team so we can assist in communicating with the brand involved.
