Kultrdrop Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for being a part of the Kultrdrop community. We curate unique pieces from independent brands to provide you with a premier shopping experience. Because we host multiple designers, our return process is designed to respect the craftsmanship of our brands while ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered.


1. The Kultrdrop Marketplace Model

Kultrdrop operates as a curated platform. Return and exchange policies are primarily set and managed by the individual brands featured on our site.

  • Brand-Specific Policies: Before purchasing, please review the specific return policy listed on the product page or the brand’s profile.

  • Default Policy: If a brand does not specify a window, a standard 14-day return window from the date of delivery applies.


2. The Kultrdrop Quality Guarantee

While brands manage their own returns, Kultrdrop will step in and facilitate a return or exchange regardless of the brand’s individual policy if your order meets any of the following criteria:

  • Manufacturing Malfunction: The item arrived with a structural defect or broken hardware.

  • Wrong Size: You received a size different from the one you ordered.

  • Wrong Color: You received a colorway significantly different from the one displayed in your order summary.

To qualify for a return under our Guarantee, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.


3. Personal Dissatisfaction & Fit

We want you to feel confident in your style. However, because our pieces are often limited runs or made-to-order:

  • Not a Guarantee: Returns based on personal dissatisfaction (e.g., "I changed my mind" or "I don't like how it looks on me") are not guaranteed.

  • Store Credit: In instances of personal dissatisfaction, Kultrdrop may—at our discretion—offer Store Credit for future collections. This allows you to find a piece that better fits your aesthetic without a direct refund.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or report an issue with your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email business@kultrdrop.com within the return window.

  2. Provide Proof: Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (if claiming a malfunction or wrong item).

  3. Review: We will coordinate with the brand to determine eligibility.

  4. Shipment: If approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your package. Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized "1-of-1" pieces.

  • Personal care goods (beauty products/fragrances).

  • Intimates or swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken).

  • Final Sale items and Gift Cards.


6. Refunds & Store Credit

Once the brand receives and inspects your returned item:

  • Approved Refunds: You will be notified via email. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Store Credit: If you are issued store credit for a "change of mind" return, you will receive a digital code via email immediately following approval.

  • EU Customers: In accordance with EU law, customers in the European Union have a 14-day "cooling off" period to cancel or return an order for any reason, provided the item remains in its original, unworn condition.
