Welcome to KultrDrop. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to KultrDrop. We operate this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

KultrDrop is powered by Shopify, which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Services” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

  • Visual Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate.

  • Changes & Availability: All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

  • Purchase Limits: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title for the items pass to you. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside of our control (e.g., weather, strikes). Delivery times are estimates only.

KultrDrop is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and KultrDrop. You hereby release Shopify from all claims and liabilities arising from your transactions with us.

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  1. For any unlawful purpose.

  2. To infringe upon our intellectual property rights.
