Return Policy

Fulfillment & Delivery
Thank you for supporting Untouchable Apparel. Because our pieces are in high demand and often go viral within our network, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be processed and packed.

Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, standard domestic shipping takes an additional 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email containing your tracking information (from info@untouchableapparel.store) as soon as your order ships. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

14-Day Exchange & Store Credit
At Untouchable Apparel, we want you to feel completely confident in your gear. If you need a different size or are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of your delivery date.

  • Condition: To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Process: Please contact our support team at info@untouchableapparel.store to initiate your return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
