Return Policy

Address Accuracy & Returned Packages
To ensure your statement pieces reach you, please verify that your shipping address is completely accurate at checkout. [QUO]TED is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or being left unclaimed, we will contact you via the email provided at checkout.
  • Reshipping Fees: Customers are responsible for paying a new shipping fee to have the package resent. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • 30-Day Window: If the reshipping fee is not paid within 30 days of our outreach, the order will no longer be eligible for reshipment.

  • Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email or text with your tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking link.
  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
