MEET THE FOUNDER

Khylieh "Khy" Hinthanonh is the creative force behind Polar, currently balancing life as a UNCC student with building an emerging streetwear label in Charlotte, NC. Driven by the contrast between extravagant, bold runway looks and the clean reliability of timeless staples, Khy launched Polar to prove that everyday clothing never has to be ordinary. Khy merges everyday wearability with unique artistic details, crafting statement pieces that allow wearers to feel distinct while remaining true to themselves.   

BRAND VISION

Polar draws its identity from Polaris—the North Star—which remains constant while the sky moves around it. Starting from hand-painted denim concepts and evolving into structured staple collections, the label builds everyday wear engineered with subtle, standout character. Polar aims to anchor the Carolina student streetwear movement, positioning its wearers as the focal point of every room—the stationary center around which everything else revolves.

Return Policy

Refund Window: Customers may request a refund within 21 days of the original purchase date.

Eligible Returns: Full refunds are issued for packages that have not been received, or for items that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect (photos required).

Non-Refundable: Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Turnaround: All Polar orders are processed and shipped with a strict 3-day turnaround time to get your pieces to you as quickly as possible.
