Return Policy

14-Day Return Window: Requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Shipping & Fees: Customers cover return shipping fees (unless item received was damaged or incorrect). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of warehouse inspection.
  • Exchanges: Subject to current inventory availability.
  • Accessories & Hygiene: Headbands and worn/used accessories are final sale for hygiene reasons.
  • Damaged / Wrong Items: Report to support within 48 hours of delivery for immediate assistance.

Shipping Policy

Direct Seller Dispatch: Mankato garments are packed with care and shipped directly from the Mankato studio.

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days (please allow up to 7 business days during launch drop periods).
  • Standard US Delivery: 3–7 business days once dispatched.
  • Tracking: Tracking confirmation emailed automatically as soon as your order ships.
