Kyro Luxea is the masterclass collaboration between co-founders Quel and his long-time business partner, Jah, who bring over five years of shared history and dual experience running independent labels. Built on a foundation of veteran industry knowledge and sharp operational execution, the duo joined forces to create an elevated, high-integrity fashion house. Driven by an uncompromising vision for quality, they are actively scaling the label from custom-molded footwear into a legacy luxury titan.

Return Policy

14-Day Footwear & Apparel Returns
Kyro Luxea operates with the standards of a premium fashion house. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

  • Footwear Condition: All returned Klogs/footwear MUST be completely unworn, with absolutely no signs of wear on the soles or uppers. They must be returned in their original, undamaged custom packaging.
  • Apparel Condition: Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
  • Process: Reach out to Kyroluxea@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Fulfillment & Pre-Orders

  • In-Stock Items: Standard apparel and in-stock footwear orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, expect delivery within 3–7 business days.
  • Pre-Orders & Custom Molds: Because our exclusive footwear requires custom mass-production, items marked as "Pre-Order" will have specific shipping timelines listed on their product pages. Purchasing a pre-order secures your pair and directly funds the manufacturing of these limited-run pieces.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email (Kyroluxea@gmail.com) as soon as your order leaves our facility.
